Help!

Aubrey informed me that her status as a Tupperware rep expires if she doesn't get 80 dollars of sales by Friday. For those of you who didn't know, Aubrey sells tupperware. Now, I know the economy is tanked and most people can't even afford something that is free, but if you have a little spendable income, please go to her site, browse around, and buy something.

Now, I know that this blog has fans in Arizona, I hear we're quite big in Arizona, and you're thinking, I would love to help, but I can't afford to fly Aubrey down to do a party. No big deal, you can order online. You can even do an online party, or a catalog party. She can ship the stuff to you. (on a side note, if you could fly her down to do a party that would be cool too because she would like to see her grandpa) If you are not in Arizona but somewhere else in the world, we can ship it there too. Except Antartica, for some reason it won't go there.

So, I'm calling on you, faithful followers of the blog, please do your budgets, pray about it, and if you can, and feel good about it, order something from Aburey.

Summer!

I am having a hard time keeping track of which place I have updated information. The blog has fallen waaaaay behind. Well, I am now 31 years old. So, I guess being over 30 means that I have to start being serious. Nah.

Still looking for a job, any prayers you could spare for us on that would be appreciated.

Aubrey went back full time this week. We'll see how she does it. I don't envy her position, but I do envy her being employed.

The kids are all over the place. Kimmie can ride her bike without training wheels, and Conner is not far behind her. Cameron is nocturnal. We wake up to find him sitting in our doorway with a package of crackers that were on a shelf when we all went to bed. Kenzie is good, but all she does is eat, poop, and cry. Guys tend to like the kids better when they can interact, or at least hold their own bottle.

Hopefully with all the time on my hands I will keep this updated.

Therapy

There is nothing like holding a newborn.  Kenzie has really taken away a lot of my worries.  I still don't have a job lined up, per se, but I am confident that one will happen.  We have been blessed lately.  My kids are great.

Kimberlie is the best helper in the world (even though she doesn't know how to rinse soap out of her hair).  We went outside yesterday and I tried to teach her how to ride her bike.  She has the balance down, she keeps pedaling and knows that.  She just needs to learn to steer.

Conner is a really good boy.  He says the best prayers.  He is so concerned with making everyone happy and doing the right thing.

Cameron is a hoot.  He is totally funny.  He is also speaking in complete sentences.  His favorite one, "Me do it."

I am extrememly grateful to my wife for coming along with me on this journey.  She teaches me so much every day.  I am glad that I thought she was cute 9 years ago when she visited my roommate.  My life has never been the same since.

We Are So Bad With The Update Thing

So, here we are more than a month since the last post. A lot has happened, that's why thre was a lack of updates. We are quite busy. Aubrey is slowly going insane between school, cooking a baby, and busy season at work. I am waiting for the hiring freeze to thaw to see if I can work next year. Kimberlie is now 7 (as of today). And, we cleaned out the garage. Hopefully this covers all your update needs.

Wasn't I Just Awake?

Here it is a mere 5 hours after I went to bed and I am awake again. In a house full of, lets see, 17 1/2 people it seems I am the only one awake. (Mom is probably awake somewhere, but I haven't seen her yet.) This year, to my surprise, Kimberlie is the only one who made it. Conner lasted until 11:30, Cameron finally put himself to bed at 10:30. Which was nice compared to the other two born around the same time. Maysi (Mandy and Derek) had to be reminded of the time and didn't like it. Adam (Michelle and Jason) was on again, off again. We plalyed games, except for Jason who was busy writing a program to help with the money or something on some pirate type game. We never played it. We probably should today because of the effort. I started to get out of control when it got later. I think at one point I licked Aubrey's Squirt bottle. I can't remember why, and I don't even drink.

Today we will have omlettes for breakfast, (dad was a short order cook) some more board games, and a karaoke party. Hopefully, we will get through the day without our tired selves getting angry over something stupid. (Usually happens each year with me bailing to go shopping with Christmas money [I left my money home this year]).

Well, in case you missed it when Ryan dropped Dick's ball...

Happy New Year!!!

Web Wednesday

Ok, today's post is a little self-serving, but, hey it's our blog so why not self-promote. As some of you know, Aubrey is a Tupperware consultant. We have discovered that with everything she has to do, Tupperware parties seems to come down on the list. That is why we happy to present today's web link of the week. It is Aubrey's Tupperware site. If you have ever wanted Tupperware but don't want to listen to an hour of gossip, this is your chance. All you have to do is click here.

If you don't want a shameless commerce plug, how about something political? Global policies and other things aside, Sarah Palin has some odd names for her kids. They are, Track, Trig, Bristol, Willow, and Piper. With the current controversy as to what to name baby #4 going on in our house, I found a website that will take your real name and generate a Sarah Palin name for you. For the record, I would be known in the Palin household as Khaki Salmon Palin. It is just some good fun when your day goes slow. Also please leave comments as to what your Palin name is.

The Creepy Blob is Starting to Look Better

Look at it. It almost, and I mean almost, looks human. How fun! It has been an interesting week. I have found out that no matter how much I don't get stuff out if I don't actively clean the house it will look terrible within a couple of days. I have learned that kids do not like to clean so much. I now think I have a solution to these problems.

THE CLEANING IS MY RESPONSIBLITY.

Now, to my lady friends who read this blog, please don't expect your husbands to see the light right away. To the dudes--Read on.

As most of the faithful followers to the blog know (and a shoutout to whoever you are), Aubrey is currently going to school. We also found out (the first week of school) that we are expecting baby #4. Add to that her already stressful job and you can see the collision course with hysteria she is heading on. I have found that as Aubrey walks in the door her smile quickly disappears as she sees all the dishes, and laundry, etc. she has to do. She would be in a better mood if it was clean when she walked in the house. We all know this. I guess I'm upset because I just can't seem to get it done. However, my new pledge is to make sure it is done. I am not going to rely on the kids to do my dirty work anymore. This is revolutionary, this is insanity, this is the only way that the house will get clean. So, with all the readers of the blog as my witness, I am going to clean the house and make it stay clean!

Saga of Baby #4 Update

Well, there's not much to update except to tell you that the doctor has officially confirmed the pregnancy. I am due on May 3, 2009. That seems soooooo far away! We've added a nice little countdown thing so you can all count down with us. The doctor did say yesterday that since I have to have C-Sections that he'll deliver me the last week in April so even though there's only a few day's difference April sounds so much closer than May! I'll start trying to do better at getting fun pictures of the kids being wierd (which is normal for them) and get them posted for some fun posts!

This is No Longer a Test!!

Okay, I guess I need to start adding to this thing so we can get the woman's/mother's point of view on things. Mike has said that he's calling my pregnancy The Saga of Baby #4 and that I should add to the saga since I'm living it more than anyone! I think that he is right in calling it a saga for the following reasons:

1. We are pregnant to begin with which was both not planned and totally shocking to discover!
2. I've gone from not having my regular doctor and having my regular doctor refer me to two different doctors (after I had made an appointment with the first came referral #2). After scheduling the appointment with referral #2 I got a call from our regular doctor's receptionist telling me that she had just informed him that he would be taking care of all of my prenatal needs as well as delivering my baby. He did not disagree. This all happened in a 3 minute time frame!
3. Let the nausea begin!! I started in with mild morning sickness this morning which progressed into a massive upset stomach by the end of the night.
4. I was in a panic most of the night that I would suddenly have to throw up and not make it from my classroom to the bathroom. I'm sure more will come on that!

Sorry my first post is somewhat lame, but I'll get the hang of it as I go.
